Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Bolji event account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account in the Bolji event app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete your account in the app

If you still have the app installed, this is the fastest way to delete your account:

Open the Bolji event app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Profile.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and the content associated with it from our backend, signs you out, and clears the preferences stored on your device.

If you only want to remove some content (a single request, service, offer or template), you can delete that item in the app without deleting your account.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, you can ask us to delete your account by emailing us from the address registered to your account:

Email info@boljievent.com with the subject "Account deletion request". Please include the email address you used to register. We will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase the following from our primary database:

Your account and profile — your name, email address, profile records, account metadata and session identifiers.
The content you created — service requests, services (listings), offers and templates.
Your sessions and device preferences — you are signed out and the preferences stored on your device are cleared.

What we may keep, and for how long

Some limited data may remain after deletion:

Encrypted backups: copies of deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
Security and error logs: server and security logs, and error-monitoring data, are kept for up to 90 days.
Legal records: we keep records we are legally required to retain (for example for tax, accounting or legal claims) for the statutory period, even after your account is deleted.
Inactive accounts: if you do not use the service, your account is deleted 24 months after your last activity.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. If you uninstall the app without deleting your account, your data remains on our servers until the retention period above expires. Use the email option above to request deletion if you are not reinstalling.

Getting a copy of your data

The app does not yet have a one-tap export button. Email info@boljievent.com and we will send you a copy of the personal data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) within 30 days, free of charge.
